The Phone Screener
The Interview Process Starts with phone call. These calls are conversational and typically last ten to fifteen minutes and scheduling In person interview date.
The Skill Test
This Process involves in behavioral questions and Domain Knowledge allows you to find the best fit for each role Prior to their Experience and by determing the test objectives, e.g. personality, values, skills, etc., and decide how candidates will be moved forward or eliminated based on the results.
The Candidate Presentation
This stage Involves in more in-depth one-on-one interview with the person you originally interviewed with or it can include meetings with company staff. You may meet with management, staff members, executives, and other company employees.
